Rowing Introduction

We are delighted to welcome back Rowing at MRSC. Our previous gig 'Nerthek' has been sold and a smaller boat has been bought. Rowing at MRSC will be a year-round activity for any age or experience. The rowing section would particularly like to encourage some of our youth members to have a go. Anyone between 14 and 100 is more than welcome. No special clothing or equipment is required, just weather appropriate clothing and a buoyancy or life jacket. If you would like to have a go please contact Carol Carter (rowing@mengeham.org.uk).

We now have a new gig, a 15ft Bursledon called "Dreamer" built by Ian Ducane. The interest in rowing at MRSC is growing and we are taking every opportunity to get out.
