Wayfarer Association - MRSC Summer Rally
Come and join in our Wayfarer Rally in Chichester Harbour. Sail around different venues around the harbour supported by a Patrol boat. Camping is available from Wednesday evening to Saturday evening with Sharon putting on some catering. If you are intretsed, please can you complete the entry form in the information document, and make payments including any camping to the bank details given. Organisation, aims and objectives: This is a summer rally with organised sailing from Thursday 16th July to Saturday 18th July, and is aimed at the level of a confident sailor. There are daily passages within the confines of Chichester Harbour and is classed as Estuary sailing. The cruise starts and finishes from Mengeham Rythe Sailing Club, Chichester harbour. The cruise is being organised by Chris Tyler (W28) in association with the UKWA. Our aims are to promote safe sea sailing suitable for the confident beginner/ intermediate sailor.
Sailing Itinerary
Wednesday 15th July Boats arrive from 1230 Boats may sail unaccompanied
Thursday 16th July Day cruise to Langstone and Emsworth
Friday 17th July Day cruise to Bosham and Dell Quay
Saturday 18th July Cruise to East Head and/or optional Wayfarer Club race
Sunday 19th July Boats depart by 1800
