Winkle of The Harbour (HS/HF) Cancelled

Cancellation of the MRSC Winkle Race on Saturday 30^th December 2023:

Due to bad weather and very strong winds I am cancelling the Annual Winkle Open dinghy race due to the forecast which has deteriorated over the last few days; the wind will increase during the day to unacceptable levels for safe sailing.
